Lunch: 1 hardboiled egg, 1 shredded carrot, 1/4 pound of cottage-cheese
Dinner: 1 can of fruit sallad, 1 cup of natural yoghurt
Day 5 and 12:
Breakfast: 1 large shredded carrot, lemon
Lunch: ½ pound low-fat fish with lemon and butter
Dinner: 1 large beef (½ pound), lettuce and broccolie.
Day 6 and 13:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cube of sugar, 1 toast with no butter
Lunch: ½ chicken, lettuce with oliveoil and lemon
